Launched in September 2023, addict agency is the in-house talent agency offering representation to the addict dance academy student cohort and recent graduating students. Our aim is to facilitate the transition from professional training to industry by integrating the expertise of the agency into the teaching and learning at all levels of the academy.
Overseen by Tom Partridge, who has previously worked as a casting assistant for RWS GLOBAL, after a successful career as a musical theatre performer, the agency will strive to connect students to a wide range of opportunities and industry creatives within the performing arts sector.
Utilising Tom’s strong industry connections with leading casting directors and his wealth of knowledge, the agency aims to increase the already high graduate employment rate, whilst supporting and nurturing the student talent at addict.
